At her grandmother’s funeral, Charlie learns that a place is already waiting for her in the family vault. Looking for a way out, she loads her Twingo with a crate of disco records her grandmother left behind and drives to the south of France to hand them over to Titou, a dreamy wine merchant. In an almost deserted Mediterranean seaside resort, the records stir up memories of her mother and of lost loves, and meeting Marina, a waitress at the village pizzeria who longs for freedom, helps Charlie start over.
