From October 22 to 25, 2026, Timișoara becomes a meeting point for cinephiles and international cinema. *Les Films de Cannes à Timișoara* brings a selection of titles—including films showcased and awarded at Cannes this year, as well as others that have made their mark on major European festivals—to Cinema Timiș and Cinema Studio. Some of these productions will be screened as Romanian premieres.

The 2026 edition is part of a festival taking place simultaneously in five Romanian cities: Timișoara, Bucharest, Arad, Oradea, and Iași. *Les Films de Cannes à Timișoara* is a cultural project funded by the Municipality of Timișoara through the Project Center and organized by the Cinemascop Association and Voodoo Films.
