Young mother Alejandra is a working housewife, raising two boys with husband Angel in a small city. Her brother Fabian works as a nurse in a local hospital. Their provincial lives are upset with the arrival of mysterious Veronica. Sex and love can be fragile in certain regions where strong family values, hypocrisy, homophobia, and male chauvinism exist. Veronica convinces them that in the nearby woods, inside an isolated cabin, dwells something not of this world that could be the answer to all of their problems. Something whose force they cannot resist and with whom they must make peace or suffer its wrath.

Alejandra est une jeune femme au foyer qui élève deux garçons avec son mari Angel dans une petiteville. Son frère Fabian travaille comme infirmier dans un hôpital local. Leur vie de province est bouleversée par la visite de la mystérieuse Veronica. Le sexe et l’amour peuvent être fragile dans certaines régions où existent des liens familiaux forts, de l’hypocrisie, de l’homophobie et ub chauvinisme masculin. Veronica les convaint que prés de la fôret, dans une cabane isolée, il y a quelque chose d’extérieur à ce monde qui peut être la réponse à tout leurs problèmes. Quelque chose dont la force ne peut pas résister et avec laquelle ils doivent faire la pays ou bien subir sa colère.

Alejandra este o mamă tânără casnică, care crește doi băieți cu soțul ei Angel într-un mic orășel. Fratele ei Fabian lucrează ca asistent medical într-un spital local. Viețile lor provinciale sunt date peste cap de vizita misterioasei Veronica. Sexul și dragostea pot fi fragile în anumite regiuni unde legăturile puternice de familie, ipocrizia, homofobia și șovinismul masculin există. Veronica îi convinge că în apropierea pădurii, într-o cabană izolată, se află ceva din afara acestei lumi care poate fi răspunsul la toate problemele lor. Ceva a cărui forță nu-i pot rezista și cu care trebuie să se resemneze sau să-i sufere mânia.
