        17:00<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0OPEN TALK \u2013\u00a0How we write for cinema VS how we write for TV<\/em> with Steve Matthews<\/strong> (Executive producer for drama development \u2013 HBO Europe)<\/p>\n

        Camilla Curtis<\/strong> is a Script Development Executive for HBO Europe, Original Programming where she works on scripted drama across all the HBO Europe territories. Camilla started her career in the industry as a runner. For a number of years she worked in production, latterly as a production co-ordinator, before joining the drama development team at ITV Studios. During her ten years there she worked with some of the industry\u2019s top writers on a wide range of drama series including Shetland<\/em>, White Heat<\/em>, The Jury<\/em> and Vera<\/em>.<\/p>\n

        Johnathan Young<\/strong> joined HBO Europe in 2014, and is VP original Production for Central Europe. His credits both series of Pakt and Wataha in Poland, Mamon in the Czech Republic, Aranylet in Hungary, Valea Muta and Hackerville in Romania and Success in the Adria region.\u00a0Prior to that, in 2014 he produced THE MILL for Channel 4, and before that he spent two years in the BBC Drama Department as\u00a0 Executive Producer, simultaneously overseeing their two long-running one-hour dramas, CASUALTY and HOLBY CITY \u2013 170 episodes in all.\u00a0Both shows received BAFTA nominations during this time.<\/p>\n

        Steve Matthews <\/strong>was Consulting Producer on Neil Jordan\u2019s series The Borgias for Showtime Networks, and produced four series of RTE\u2019s award winning Dublin gangster series Love\/Hate. He was formerly Head of Development at Ray Winstone\u2019s Size 9 Productions and worked as a script editor at the BBC on Silent Witness. \u00a0He is currently VP Executive Producer, Drama Development at HBO Europe where he has worked on series including Pustina, Arany\u00e9let, Umbre, Blinded By The Lights and Success.<\/p>\n

        Tudor Vladimir Panduru<\/strong> is a Romanian cinematographer passionate about visual storytelling and always in search of creative visual expressions for screen dramaturgy. He works on feature and short films, as well as advertising.Born in 1989 in Piatra Neamt, Romania, Tudor developed his visual sensibility by way of photography before studying cinematography at the National Film and Theatre University \u201cI.L. Caragiale\u201d. He also holds an MA in The Art of Cinematography from the same university.Tudor made his debut as a DOP in a feature film ,Bacalaureat, with Palme D’Or winner Cristian Mungiu. The film has received praise internationally after its premiere and Best director award at the 2016 edition of the Cannes Film Festival , witch has been nominated in Manaki Brothers Film festival for best cinematography.<\/p>\n

        Christopher Landry<\/strong> is an American independent producer and assistant director whose career in the motion picture industry spans more than thirty years \u2013 twenty of them in Romania.\u00a0 During this time in Romania, he has worked on more than one hundred film and TV productions, serving as the right hand to such directors as John Boorman, Alexandre Aja, Wes Craven, Kevin Reynolds and Paul Schrader.\u00a0 In 2013, Christopher was nominated by the Directors Guild of America for Outstanding Achievement in Movies for Television as a part of the director\u2019s team on the mini-series \u201cHatfields & McCoys.\u201d\u00a0 He is also the author of \u201eMarele ecran in epoca de aur\u201d, a history of Romanian film posters during the communist times.<\/p>\n

        Simona P\u0103dure\u0163u<\/strong> is a Romanian production designer. Among the projects she has been working on are films such as Bacalaureat by Cristian Mungiu, Orizont by Marian Crisan or Periferic by Bogdan George Apetri.
